Which line are you standing in?

This thought-provoking image made me pause and reflect on my own behaviors and those I observe in the workplace. It showed three lines:

1️⃣ A long line for “Critics”
2️⃣ An equally long line for “Talkers”
3️⃣ A short line for “Doers”

It’s easy to fall into the habit of critiquing ideas or endlessly discussing plans. But how often do we step up to execute?

Challenge for today:
Identify one thing you’ve been talking about or criticizing lately. Now, what’s one concrete step you can take to move it forward?

Remember, progress happens when we move from words to action. Let’s strive to join that shorter “Doer” line more often.
